According to several reports Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson learned from his mother that his South Philadelphia home had been burglarized. Of the missing items were $250,000 in cash, two semi-automatic handguns, and $125,000 in jewelry. Two of DeSean’s safes were broken, while another was stolen.
Jackson was away when the break-in’s occurred. Jackson’s mother told police that the wide receiver’s friends have entry to the house when Jackson is around but that the second floor is always locked.
Jackson, who’s home is located near the Eagles practice facility, signed a five-year, $51 million contract before the 2012 season. Luckily no one was hurt during the robberies. Unfortunately there are no suspects.
