A long-running fixture of New York hip-hop radio appears to have quietly reached its final chapter, as RadioInsight reports that “Ebro In The Morning” is no longer airing on MediaCo’s Hot 97 WQHT.
The Superadio syndicated program, led by Ebro Darden alongside Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez, has been removed from Hot 97’s website, signaling an apparent end to the show’s tenure. The hosts later addressed the development through their personal social media accounts, offering confirmation without formal details.
Darden posted a brief message on Twitter stating, “It’s done. More to come. #EbroInTheMorning.”

Rosenberg followed with his own reflection, writing, “I lived out a childhood dream and it was amazing. Very excited for what’s next #ebrointhemorning #reallate.” He expanded further in an Instagram video, telling viewers, “I told to tell you guys for a long time change is afoot. Change can be beautiful. There are some changes on the horizon. Stay tuned.”

The morning show first launched in 2012, marking Darden’s return to the early time slot at WQHT after previously hosting mornings from 2004 to 2007. Outside of Hot 97, Darden remains active as a host on Apple Music Radio.
Rosenberg joined Hot 97 in 2007 and has balanced multiple media roles, including co-hosting afternoons on ESPN New York 880 WHSQ and serving as a host and announcer for WWE. Laura Stylez became part of the morning lineup in 2013 after working as a digital producer for the station and has since expanded her career through SiriusXM and earlier positions at 105.9 WCAA and Power 105.1 WWPR-FM.
No official announcement has yet been made regarding replacements or next steps, but additional updates are expected as details emerge.
