Terminal B at Newark Liberty Airport was evacuated this morning after an electrical fire broke out in the ceiling, according to ABC News.
The electrical fire started near the boiler room and released clouds of heavy smoke throughout the Delta Airlines section of Terminal B. Firefighters had to remove a section of the ceiling to control the flames.
Apparently, a fire started up in the same terminal earlier Mondy morning, but authorities were called back when it returned.
Port Authority expects mostly normal services to resume, despite the fire.
