Elon Musk is reportedly threatening to sue his Twitter employees for leaking information to the press.
On Saturday, an editor for the Platformer shared details of an interesting email Musk sent to his staff, which explains the consequences of sharing sensitive information outside of the company.
According to the editor Zoë Schiffer, the email says that the Twitter CEO is enforcing the company’s NDA to prevent workers from leaking private information to the media.
“As evidenced by the many detailed leaks of confidential Twitter information,” the email allegedly said. “A few people at our company continue to act in a manner contrary to the company’s interests and in violation of their NDA.”
NEW: Elon Musk is threatening to sue Twitter employees who leak confidential information to the press. He's asking staffers to sign a pledge indicating they've understood. Here's the email:

The email continues, “This will be said only once: If you clearly and deliberately violate the NDA that you signed when you joined, you accept liability to the full extent of the law & Twitter will immediately seek damages.”
However, the email does mentions a loophole that says staff could get a get a pass if an accident or a mistake occur.
The news comes after many questioned the way Musk is managing the company. Since the CEO bought out Twitter, the company has faced a string of mass firing and rehiring attempts. In addition, it was also reported that he’s transformed the San Francisco headquarters into a makeshift motel for employees working long hours.
Forbes reported that the headquarters had mattresses set up in a few office rooms along with other modifications. Nevertheless, Musk fired back at the claims but did not confirm nor deny the allegations.
So city of SF attacks companies providing beds for tired employees instead of making sure kids are safe from fentanyl. Where are your priorities @LondonBreed!?https://t.co/M7QJWP7u0N
