Elon Musk recently shocked the world by revealing he has survived two assassination attempts in the last eight months. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO made this startling claim following his endorsement of former US President Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential race.
Musk’s announcement came after a tragic event at a Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where a gunman opened fire, resulting in the death of one attendee and critically injuring two others. The incident underscored the tense and dangerous political climate.
“Dangerous times ahead,” Musk shared in a post. “Two people (separate occasions) have already tried to kill me in the past 8 months. They were arrested with guns about 20 mins drive from Tesla HQ in Texas.”
In a bold move, Musk not only endorsed Trump but also donated to his campaign. He praised Trump, stating, “Last time America had a candidate this tough was Theodore Roosevelt.”
This isn’t the first time Musk has raised alarms about his safety. In 2022, he accused reporters of endangering his life by sharing his real-time location, which he referred to as his “assassination coordinates.”
