Emirates Will Provide Thanksgiving Meal To Passengers Aboard Flights From Dubai To The US

Emirates announced its new Thanksgiving Feast on flights from Dubai to the US. The airline will also offer lounge customers a special menu all this week.

The special will run from Thanksgiving Day to the 26th on flights to and from the US. And its lounge customers can expect the suitably-themed menu to run from Nov. 18th- 25th along US lounges.

Last year, the airline pleased many of its passengers with a Thanksgiving menu. It’s not uncommon for the Dubai-based airline to have seasonal menus around global holidays like Christmas, Eid, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day.

Passengers in Emirates first and business class can enjoy the premium menu that will offer “traditional Thanksgiving roasted turkey, served with cranberry jus lié, mashed sweet potatoes, blanched broccolini, paprika potato wedges and honey-glazed pumpkin with crushed pecans.”

And for dessert, first-class passengers will be served chocolate mousse cake with cherry compote and Chantilly cream. Those in business class can satisfy their sweet tooth with pecan tart with passion fruit cream, chocolate sauce, and crème anglaise. As for the economy travelers, they can enjoy a meal of roasted turkey and cranberry jus lié, chestnut roulade, green peas, and mashed parsnip with carrots.

Emirates lounges at New York JFK, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco will treat customers with “rosemary and sage roasted turkey breast with lemon, green olive, and fig stuffing, accompanied by candied sweet potatoes, marshmallow-toasted pecans, roasted winter vegetables of carrots, brussels sprouts, parsnips and pumpkin, complemented by pistachio and pumpkin-spiced baklava for dessert.” Emirates lounges in Dubai will also serve a similar menu on November 24th to celebrate Thanksgiving.
