Gabriella Sanders, the estranged wife of Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, is furious with her soon-to-be ex-husband. And according to her side of the story, she has plenty of reason to be. Gabriella filed for divorce from Sanders back in October, though the reason for their breakup was unclear at the time. Now, according to some court documents obtained by TMZ, it appears the reason behind the Sanders’ happy union coming to an end was because Emmanuel was unfaithful to his wife.
“When he’s not playing football on the field, he ‘plays the field’ with numerous women whom he is or has committed adultery,” the court documents state. Gabriella goes on to say that Emmanuel cheated on her with multiple women throughout their 3-year marriage and spent thousands of dollars on them, even buying one of his side chicks a car.
But that’s not all. Mrs. Sanders also claims that when her husband wasn’t busy lying to her, he was lying to his team. Gabriella alleges an incident back in November when Emmanuel told the Broncos that he had to miss practice to go to Houston for the birth of his child. However, she says that that was not the case, and instead Sanders took the time away from practice to go out partying.
For obvious reasons, Gabriella says that there is no chance of reconciliation with her husband.
Their divorce has been an ugly one from the start. When Gabriella first filed for divorce, she also asked the judge for a restraining order against Sanders, which kept him away from her and only gave him limited access to their two kids. Based on the latest court documents, it looks like the battle has just begun for these two.
