Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne is divorcing her husband Tom Girardi after 21 years of marriage.
The Blast reports that the 49-year-old “filed for dissolution of marriage” from her 81-year-old husband on Tuesday.
“After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” the reality star told E! News, adding that she has “great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together.”
Erika revealed to Andy Cohen in 2017 that she and her lawyer husband don’t have a prenup.
“Let me tell you something, let me be very clear. I’m married to a very powerful lawyer,” she said. “A prenup wouldn’t stand in his way anyway…It’s gonna be all Tom’s way, I assure you. He’ll rip that piece of paper to shreds in two seconds.”
The couple got married in 1999 while Erika was a cocktail waitress in Hollywood.
