Although Nelly’s rape case has been dismissed, the evidence gathered in the case has since been released.
Just last month, Auburn police closed its investigation into the alleged rape after the alleged victim refused to cooperate with officials in fear that she would not be able to win against the rapper’s celebrity status. In turn, Nelly and his legal team revealed that they would be considering legal action for the false rape claims. However, the victim then fired back with legal docs of her own, claiming the rapper’s legal team defamed her character.
Since then though, the evidence collected in the initial investigation has been released, revealing the moments before and after the alleged assault. According to TMZ, the surveillance videos collected in evidence showed Monique Greene leaving the club where the two met. The footage also showed her getting on the tour bus, as well as leaving the bus to call the police.
Also included in the evidence are both accounts of the incident. While Nelly claimed their encounter was consensual, he admitted to not using a condom. However, he did say he did not ejaculate. He also accused Greene of getting mad only after she thought he was also involved with one of his dancers, who was also present at the time of the incident.

On the other hand, the woman told police that Nelly raped her and told her, “you’re gonna take this d*ck.” She also claimed the encounter lasted 30 minutes, during which he told her “That’s my p*ssy.” Greene told officials that the rapper offered her $2,500 to stay on the bus until they reached their destination, but she refused the cash, prompting him to throw $100 at her. However, according to TMZ, Nelly claims he handed her the cash.
