Faith Evans and her ex-husband Stevie J have reached a resolution in their ongoing divorce battle, bringing an end to the prolonged legal dispute.
Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal that on July 3, the singer informed the court about “a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic support partnership rights, including support.”
Evans has submitted a copy of the agreement to the court, seeking its approval. While the specific terms of the deal remain undisclosed, it entails matters of spousal support and attorney fees.
The filing noted, “There are irreconcilable differences that have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage or domestic partnership, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage or domestic partnership through counseling or other means.”
As previously reported, Stevie J filed for divorce in November 2021, citing the absence of a prenuptial agreement in their three-year marriage.
The Love & Hip Hop star has requested monthly spousal support from Faith in his petition, but she has objected to the request.
