Finesse2Tymes can’t keep himself out of trouble, this time for failing to return to a rental car.
According to Click2Houston, the Memphis performer has been charged with theft after a Houston Enterprise Rent-a-Car accused him of keeping the vehicle loaned to him. The saga began earlier this year when a friend of Finesse named Ronald Bell rented an Infiniti QX80 SUV on February 28th, 2023. Bell had agreed to return the car on March 10th, 2023 but never did. Instead, he told the location that he’d allowed Finesse to hold the vehicle. Bell then called his buddy on three-way with the company, but the rapper was in Atlanta at the time. Finesse reportedly tried negotiating a deal to keep the luxury vehicle in exchange for an additional payment but was ordered to return it immediately, which never happened.

In April, Enterprise listed the SUV as stolen, which is valued at $72,200. At one point, police were able to track the automobile to a location in northwest Houston, but Finesse was nowhere in sight. Instead, a woman was driving and claimed to be an employee of the “Back End” star. Finesse has not yet been taken into custody, despite an active warrant. The Atlantic Records signee has only been home for a little over a year after being released from prison after five years for federal weapon charges.
Though Finesse has not issued a formal statement, he did leave a cryptic message on his Instagram Thursday in light of the news.
“I’m outnumbered. I got to go against the feds and the opps,” he wrote on his IG Story.
