It’s amazing when you can shop for your favorite black-owned beauty brand, but it’s even better when you can shop it in-store and avoid the hassle of waiting for shipping and paying extra.

These five skincare brands are available in a store near you and offer awesome skin benefits.

Topicals

Topicals Faded Serum $38

Topicals founder, Olamide Olowe, was named the youngest Black woman ever to raise $10 million for funding by Forbes. The brand was founded in 2020. The brand got attention by appealing to Gen Z, especially on TikTok. Olowe was also named in Forbes 20 under 30. The brand’s Faded Serum is super popular and helps fade dark spots from acne.

Shani Darden Skin Care

Shani Darden Retinol Reform $88

Shani Darden herself founded Shani Darden Skin Care. The brand specializes in clinical products like the cult-favorite Retinol-Reform.

Fenty Skin

Fenty Skin Cookies N Clean $32

If you’ve shopped at Fenty Beauty, you are probably familiar with the skincare line. Rihanna’s skincare brand is an extension of her makeup collection. The Fat Toner and Cookies N Clean scrub are fan-favs. Though Fenty Beauty is available at Sephora and Ulta Beauty, the skincare line is exclusively sold at Sephora.

Cay Skin

Cay Skin Isle Lip Balm SPF 30 $14

Winne Harlow’s Cay Skin has the best SPF that is black-friendly. The SPF doesn’t show a gray cast on the skin, and the SPF 30 lip balm is also excellent. Remember, your lips should stay protected from the sun.

ROSEN

Rosen Skincare Tropics Toner $1800

Rosen skincare targets pre-teens, teens, and adults dealing with acne-prone skin. The clean beauty brand was founded by Jamika Martin, who experienced acne and reimagined an inclusive skincare brand for others dealing with breakouts.
