Five Inmates Escape From Georgia Jail, Police Warns Public

Five inmates with “violent criminal histories” escaped from a Georgia jail on Friday night.

Authorities said two of the five escaped inmates who busted out of Pulaski County Jail are accused murderers.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said the inmates were last seen in a stolen 2015 Kia Sedona minivan. The group is also reportedly armed with two tasers.

Law enforcement officials have identified the inmates as: Tyree Williams, 33, Lewis Evans, 22, Tyres Jackson, 27, Brandon Pooler, 24, and Dennis Penix, 28.

The GBI released mugshots of all five inmates and warned the public to call 911 if they spot the escapees and stay away if anyone encounters them.
