Fivio Foreign was arrested and charged with assault on his pregnant girlfriend after neighbors called the police.
According to Bossip, the Brooklyn born rapper was arrested in Bergen County, New Jersey for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, who is pregnant with the couple’s second child.
He remains in the Bergen County jail after a judge ordered him to stay in, pending further court proceedings. Fivio’s girlfriend claims she didn’t call the police on the “Big Drip” rapper. She insists a nosey neighbor in their luxury building called the police after overhearing a commotion happening in their home.
The woman was identified on Instagram as @Jasmine. Foreign also explained in a post to her social media page that after the police showed up, they were the ones who decided to press charges against him, and not her. “The police are who pressed charges and in time Fivi will be relieved of all charges,” she wrote, also asking for privacy at this time.
