Fivio Foreign Has Been Locked Up Since January Following Alleged Gun Threat Incident

If you noticed Fivio Foreign has been quiet online lately, that’s because he’s been locked up since January.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Fivio was allegedly involved in a confrontation on New Year’s Eve, where he’s accused of pointing a gun at a woman who had asked him for help jumpstarting her car. He reportedly told her, “If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a f***** problem.”*

Witnesses called 911, and authorities say surveillance footage from the apartment complex supports their account of what happened. Fivio was arrested on January 18 and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.

His attorney, Adam Lustberg, told TMZ that police never recovered a weapon from Fivio and expressed confidence that the case will be “open and shut.” Fivio is currently being held in a New Jersey jail, and his legal team expects him to be released in the coming months.
