Florida Sheriff Thinks At Least Two People Murdered Carole Baskin’s Missing Husband

While the whole world may think Carole Baskin fed her first husband to the tigers, a Florida Sheriff has a new theory about what happened to Don Lewis.⠀⠀⠀

Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister told TMZ that there’s no way one person could have murdered Lewis in 1997. He said he thinks it took at least two people and that someone may have gotten paid to carry out the killing.

“There’s normally not one person that commits a homicide. It’s always a couple people. This had to be extremely planned out. This had to be well thought out,” he told TMZ.⠀⠀

While he stresses that Carole is not an official suspect or person of interest, he did admit that he is suspicious of her involvement in her husband’s disappearance and that he’s also suspicious of other people.

“There’s someone else involved in this. There’s someone who was paid to do it. There’s someone who helped do it. I’m hoping that person wants to come and get this off their chest and help law enforcement do the right thing,” he added.

However, Carole, who’s become an overnight celebrity thanks to Netflix’s documentary Tiger King, insists that she had nothing to do with it.

The Sheriff says he hopes someone will come forward with a confession. He even said immunity is on the table for anyone who has information.
