A Florida ice cream shop owner is behind bars for stalking and recording his teenage employee while she used the bathroom.

Sergio Khorosh, the owner of Moo Moo Scoops & More in Coral Springs Mall, has been accused of a disturbing crime involving an underage employee. The police report states that once the 17-year-old began working at the ice creamery in July, Khorosh would tell her she was beautiful. During her employment, the teen noticed a Black cellphone charger plugged in the women’s restroom and facing a toilet. Once she saw that the device was blinking, she broke it open and discovered a memory stick inside.

Shortly after this discovery, the teen quit. However, the 55-year-old began harassing the girl, showing up at her new job and her home. Khorosh allegedly threatened the high school student and her family. In one instance, he impersonated a law enforcement officer with a police dog and told the teen he’d “tear her apart.”

Khorosh is being held in Broward County Jail. He has been charged with aggravated stalking, impersonating a law enforcement officer, and video voyeurism. His bond has been set at $76,000.

If he is released in the future, Broward County Circuit Judge Tabitha Blackmon said that he cannot have recording capabilities and must wear a monitoring device. He cannot have any contact with his former employee or her family.
