A Florida man was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and other criminal charges after shooting his neighbor in a dispute over loud music.
Apparently, 31-year-old Zachary Moncada shot his neighbor in the back before relatives were able to interrupt the fight on Christmas Eve. Though the family did get to the armed suspect, several rounds went off into the ground.
By the time responding officers arrived, two men were holding the suspect.
The victim is hospitalized and in stable condition.
