A Florida man is the talk of social media after concealing drugs in his groin area and insisting that they do not belong to him.
Early Saturday morning in Clearwater, police performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that 34-year-old Patrick Florence was traveling in. Officers initially stopped the car because neither its headlights nor tail lights were on. However, after searching the vehicle, they located a gun under Florence’s seat. Upon further inspection, they found three baggies of drugs strapped to his penis. Two contained cocaine, while the third held methamphetamine.
Despite the narcotics being attached to his private area, Florence said they did not belong to him. Police were not buying his story, and Florence was arrested and booked into the Pinellas County jail. He has been charged with possession of cocaine, meth, ammunition, and a firearm, all of which are felonies. The man driving the vehicle, 27-year-old Darius Owens, was hit with DUI and marijuana possession charges.
Florence remains locked up on a $24,000 bond. Before his arrest, he did not disclose who the drugs on his penis belonged to, and no one has come forward to claim them.
