Florida Police Tell Woman To “Stop Calling 911” Before Boyfriend Kills Her & Her Son

The justice system seems to have failed Latina Herring of #Sanford, FL.

At around 3:20 a.m. Monday, police were called to a convenience store in Sanford over an altercation Herring was involved in with her boyfriend, Allen Cashe. Herring can be seen on police body cams arguing with her boyfriend over her keys.

“I don’t have her house keys,” Cashe says on the body camera video.

“Man, you got my keys,” she yells.

“I’m not trying to play games,” said Cashe. “You have an attitude coming home from the club drunk.”

The police eventually left due to the incident not being considered a “civil matter” because it had not gotten physical.  20-minutes later, however, they were called to a residence. However, this time, officers dismissed Herring’s concerns.

“She’s making false accusations,” an officer said. “It’s the second time she’s done it.”

At one point, police tell Herring that they’re going to “handle it” and that she should “stop calling 911 and making accusations that you don’t know about.”

One officer says a frustrated Herring said she should have just lied and said Cashe hit her.

“I think he’s calling because he’s afraid he’s going to do something to her,” an officer said to another. Cops eventually let Cashe go after allowing him to take the keys.

Roughly 3 hours later, at around 6:30 a.m.,  Cashe went into Herring’s home with an AK-47, killing her and her 8-year-old son. He also shot and attempted to kill her 7-year-old son, her father and two bystanders outside, one being a high school student waiting for a bus. The boys were sleeping when they were shot three times. Police believe Cashe was standing directly over them when he fired.

Police say they were not speaking to Latina Herring when they were on video telling someone to stop calling 911. Allegedly the officer was speaking to a third-party 911 caller
