Apparently it isn’t Florida State University’s head coach Jimbo Fisher pushing this social media ban initiative. Fisher is supporting his players as they cease the use of their social networks. “Social media is a powerful thing,” Fisher said to the Orlando Sentinel. FSU’s WR Kenny Shaw is leading his team in this social media ban and he had a few things to say about it. “We just came together as a group and said we’re all for this from a focus point,” Shaw said. “We’ve got to get somewhere that doesn’t involve all that Facebooking and Instagram and stuff.” Shaw stated that this ban worked out positively for the team last year. Do you think all college football teams should enforce a social media ban during the season?
