Each year, Forbes releases a list of the top 10 highest-paid female musicians. Each of these women are not only bosses in the music industry, but they also have an enormous impact on pop culture today. Last year, Queen Bey topped the list with the $115 million she raked in between her Beyoncé album and the On the Run Tour. This year, Katy Perry takes the crown, having made $135 million between June 1, 2014 and June 1, 2015. Perry’s Prismatic World Tour, along with her deals with major companies like Claire’s and Covergirl, helped her to out-earn her fellow female artists this year.
