After bursting onto the scene in the early 2010s with his 2012 underground track, “Differences,” he quickly gained popularity for his distinct voice and memorable hooks. This served as the first delivery from his mixtape, “Still Goin’ In.” In September 2013, he dropped the re-released follow-up, “Still Goin’ In: Reloaded,” which featured his breakout hit, “Type of Way.” From there, Quan was solidified, with his run including singles and mixtape cuts such as “Walk Thru,” “Get TF Out My Face,” and “Flex,” though countless others were pivotal components of club culture.
