Former Assistant to Melania Trump Secretly Records Her Saying “Give me a F***ing Break” In Regards To Children Being Separated At The Border

In a secretly recorded conversation, Melania Trump expressed frustration about the criticism that she and her husband, Donald Trump, have received about children being separated from their mothers at the border. She said she does not like the way that “liberal media” treats them.

According to reports, Melania’s former best friend and assistant, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, recorded their conversation without the First Lady’s knowledge. During the recording, Melania starts venting about the attacks she received over separating mothers from their kids at the border. “Give me a f***ing break!” she said. “Where they were saying anything when Obama did that?”

She then opened about her trip to the border and how she attempted to reunite a child with the mother. She said, “I was trying to get the kid reunited with the mom. I didn’t have a chance — needs to go through the process and through the law.” According to her, the press would not cover her story “They would not do the story because they, they, they are against us, because they’re the liberal media.” She said, “yeah, if I go to Fox, they will do the story. I don’t want to go to Fox.”

In the recording first played on CNN, the First Lady said, “Where I am, I put, I’m working like my ass off at Christmas stuff that you know, who gives a f*** about Christmas stuff and decoration. But, I need to do it, right?”

During the same recording, you can hear the First Lady say to Wolkoff that she believed that the children being held in the detention camps were happy to be in US custody.

“All these kids that I met they were, they’re here in the shelters because they were brought by it through Coyotes, the people who were trafficking – that’s why they put them in jail,” she said. “And the kids that they go to shelters. And the way they take care of them. It’s – you know, they even said, the kids, they said, “Wow, I had my own bed? I will sleep on the bed. I will have a cabinet for my clothes?” She then said, “It’s so sad to hear it. But they didn’t have that in their own countries. They’re sleeping on the floors. They are taken care of nicely in the detention center.”

Melania acknowledged that it is ‘sad’ the children are not with their parents, but in the same breath said that some who are seeking asylum often make up stories that they are fleeing gang violence to game the system.
