Fox and Skip Bayless are in hot water after an ex-employee alleged she was offered money by Bayless in exchange for sex.
Noushin Faraji, a former Fox Sports hairstylist who worked there from 2012 until August 2024, filed a lawsuit accusing Bayless of inappropriate behavior. The 42-page lawsuit, obtained by Front Office Sports, claims that Bayless began making unwanted advances after she started working on the “Undisputed” morning show. According to the suit, he gave “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek” and pressed his body against hers. Despite repeatedly telling him she wasn’t interested, Faraji claims Bayless became more aggressive, offering her $1.5 million to have sex with him and suggesting he could “change” her life. Additionally, Bayless accused Faraji of having an intimate relationship with Shannon Sharpe, his then-co-star on “Undisputed.”
The lawsuit also names Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, alleging he grabbed Faraji’s buttocks at a birthday party, with Fox host Joy Taylor allegedly dismissing her concerns. Faraji seeks class-action status, monetary damages, and a jury trial. The lawsuit paints a picture of a toxic, misogynistic, and ableist workplace, where Faraji and others who complained were retaliated against.
Faraji’s allegations are not isolated. The suit follows a history of similar cases against major media corporations, including lawsuits against ESPN and the NFL Network. Daniel Wallach, a sports law attorney, commented that Faraji’s “lengthy tenure at Fox” and “contemporaneous complaints” could strengthen her case.
Neither Bayless nor Fox has commented on the situation.
