Mitchel Musso, who starred in the Disney show Hannah Montana show, was arrested in Texas Saturday evening.
Musso, who played Oliver Oken on the show, was taken into custody by officers who responded to a call that he had been acting belligerent. Rockwell Police Department told TMZ that Musso is also accused of stealing a bag of chips from a food market.
Police reportedly located Musso outside a hotel where he was under the influence. It turns out he had a bunch of outstanding traffic warrants, and he was placed under arrest.
Musso was charged with public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice. According to the outlet, he was being released on a $1,000 bond.
