Ex-NBA star Trevor Ariza just surrendered his weapons after a judge granted his estranged wife’s restraining order.
Ariza, 37, turned in four guns into the Los Angeles Police Department following a court order.
According to the filing, he surrendered two glocks, and two AR-15s. The weapons are being stored until the outcome of Ariza’s ex, Bree’s restraining order.
Bree said Ariza “engaged in acts of extreme physical abuse towards me” in the relationship.
“He was verbally and emotionally abusive to me. Some of the abuse occurred in the presence of our children,” Bree wrote. “I have been financially dependent on Trevor throughout our marriage.”
She claims that she thought the divorce would calm him down, but it’s gotten worse, and he would show up to the house unannounced.
The Los Angeles Superior Court posted images of her bruised face.
