New York Knicks legend Charles Oakley was arrested over the weekend for trying to stiff a Las Vegas Casino.
According to TMZ, the incident occurred on July 8 at the Cosmopolitan. In the incident, according to the Nevada Gaming Board, Oakley “was suspected of adding to or reducing his wage on a gambling game after the outcome was known,” and it was all caught on camera.
Although the details of the game he was playing remain unclear, sources tell the publication that the ex-baller tried to retrieve his $100 chip after he realized he was going to lose.

Though Oakley believes the incident is “an insignificant matter that will be quickly resolved,” TMZ reports that a gambling charge could land him in the slammer for anywhere between one and six years, if convicted.
