The son of NFL legend Lawrence Taylor has been arrested for rape and sodomy in Georgia. The Cobb County Sheriff’s Office says Lawrence Taylor Jr. was arrested on July 7th on 3 counts statutory rape (felony), aggravated child molestation (felony), and statutory aggravated sodomy (felony).
Lawrence Taylor Jr. was born in 1981 and is listed at 6’1″ and 230 lbs. The apple apparently does NOT fall far from the tree because back in 2010, Junior’s father was also arrested for rape after having sex with an underage prostitute. The NFL legend plead guilty at the time, to one count of patronizing a prostitute and one count of sexual misconduct.
He was sentenced to 6 years probation with no jail time and was ordered to register as a sex offender. The details surrounding the arrest of Lawrence Taylor Jr. are currently unclear and a rep for Lawrence Taylor had no comment
