Last year was a very hectic year for former NY Giants kicker, Josh Brown and his wife, Molly Brown. Three months ago, several emails, journal entries, and letters were released, detailing the abuse Brown put his wife through. In said documents, which were released during an investigation against the kicker stemming from a 2015 arrest, Brown admitted to abusing his wife. As a result, he was let go from his position with the New York team.
As the new year continues, Molly can finally put the stress of last year behind her, as it’s been reported that the two are officially divorced. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the couple split in May 22, 2015, the same day of the domestic violence arrest. Seven months later, their end year marriage ended officially.
In the documents obtained by the publication, Brown has to pay $15,000 a month in spousal support for two years. In regards to their six-year-old daughter, Molly gets primary custody, with visitation for the former NFL baller. In addition, he has to fork over $4,000 a month in child support and continue therapy for domestic violence.
