Less than a week since the public reconciliation between Lil Wayne and Birdman, former Young Money rapper Tyga is seeking to collect unsettled dues from the pair.
According to TMZ, Tyga has filed a lawsuit against both Birdman’s label, Cash Money, and Weezy’s label, Young Money, over unpaid royalties.
In docs obtained by the publication, the rapper says he signed a deal with both labels back in 2009 to produce two albums for Young Money.
However, after the release of his albums, “Careless World” and “Hotel Cali,” charted on Billboard, Tyga says Young Money stiffed him out of “significant sums.”

According to the rapper, in 2016 the labels agreed to cough up the backpay, however, he never received a payment. He’s now demanding no less than $1 million in his new suit.
