Atlanta rapper, Future, has stepped in to help the medical community during the coronavirus outbreak.
Future and his organization, Freewishes Foundation, has decided to collaborate with Atlanta Sewing Style to create and deliver masks to hospitals that are in need.
According to 11Alive News, the rapper sees how critical it is for medical personnel and patients to have masks during this time and wanted to step in.
Future’s mother, Stephanie Jester, released a statement on getting through this crisis together.
“There is so much that needs to be done during this crisis, and if everyone can step up in some way, we can all get through this together as we serve our community.”
Jester continued, ”I think that our healthcare professionals are the heroes in this situation, and they are risking their lives for everyone, so it is our responsibility to help protect them.”
