The Game is asking the judge to allow him to bring up the sketchy past of the woman accusing him of sexual assault, TMZ reports.
You may recall, last year Priscilla Rainey, a former contestant on The Game’s reality dating show “She’s Got Game,” slapped the rapper with a lawsuit claiming that he sexually assaulted her while on set. According to Rainey, during filming of one scene The Game was “out of control, highly intoxicated on alcohol and drugs” and forcefully reached his hand inside her dress to “rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”
The Game says these allegations are untrue and that the alleged victim is only coming forward because he didn’t want to be with her and she was axed from the show. In fact, after the alleged incident took place, Rainey continued to film and promote the show on social media. The accuser’s past also came to light when it was revealed that she had previously been arrested for petty theft, battery with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.
Now, The Game’s legal team is asking the judge to not only allow the jury to hear about her criminal past, but also allow it to be known that she was a prostitute and engaged in a “promiscuous” lifestyle. Not only that, he wants it to be known that she also allegedly spent time in a mental institution.
