The stay-at-home-mother who accused professional boxer Gervonta Davis of demanding sexual favors in exchange for child support says she wants $10,000 a month in child support.
According to Bossip, #AndrettaSmothers filed court documents this week, demanding that Davis pay her $10,000 a month to support their baby girl Gervanni Davis. Documents obtained by Bossip say Davis would actually need to pay about $2,200. But Smothers claims that Davis makes well over $150,000 a month, which she says is more than enough to support the baby’s current lifestyle.
Smothers said that since she gave birth, she has been unemployed, and Davis has been financially supporting her and the baby. Bossip previously reported that Smothers filed a lawsuit against Davis over support and custody, alleging that the boxer was pressuring her to perform “seductive favors” in exchange for supporting their daughter, according to her lawsuit. Davis denied the claims but has yet to respond to the child support request. Smothers explained in documents that she filed the lawsuit after being frustrated with the initial arrangement.
Despite their disagreements, the former couple has settled on joint custody, but Smothers will have primary physical custody.
