BET has announced its lineup for the star-studded BET Experience and this year promises several iconic performances.
Set for June 5–8, 2025, the BET Experience returns to Los Angeles with a packed schedule of concerts, panels, and cultural moments leading into the BET Awards. Legendary reggae artist Buju Banton will kick off the festivities on Wednesday, June 5th, at the Hollywood Palladium.
“This will be a moment of unity, upliftment, and pure energy,” Banton said.
On Saturday, June 8th, hip-hop takes center stage with A Roots Picnic Experience: Class of ‘95 at the Hollywood Bowl. The iconic lineup includes The Roots, Lil’ Kim, Redman & Method Man, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Raekwon, Goodie Mob, DJ Quik, E-40, and Havoc.
“To be on stage with so many pioneers—it’s like a family reunion,” said Method Man.
Also on June 8th, the YouTube Theater will host BET R&B Night with Jagged Edge, Donell Jones, and Eric Bellinger.
“This night is for the lovers and the real R&B heads,” said Jones.
R&B ONLY will host and spin between sets, featuring Tiára Monique and JABARI.
Additional highlights include the free BETX FanFest at the LA Convention Center (June 7–8) and the WayMaker Men’s Summit (June 5–6) focusing on Black male empowerment.
