Gladys Knight Tells Baller Alert About The Time She Sang Her Way Out Of A Speeding Ticket (VIDEO)

Baller Alert was at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center this weekend for BET’s annual Black Girls Rock celebration and we ran into the ultimate black girl that rocks — Gladys Knight! 

You may recall, back in March we reported that Gladys and a friend were pulled over for speeding while in Utah. It was a blessing from God to find out that the cop that pulled Gladys over was a huge fan. He even had his wife doing a ride along with him. If that wasn’t all, it also happened to be his birthday. So what did Gladys do? Well, she didn’t get a ticket, that’s for sure! Motha Gladys sang “Happy Birthday” to the cop, took a photograph with him and his wife, and the driver was let go with a warning.
