Golden State Warriors To Play Home Games Without Fans Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

The city of San Francisco has banned all gatherings of more than 1,000 people, which includes the home games of the NBA’s Golden State Warriors, amid the coronavirus outbreak.

As a result, the Warriors confirmed they’ll play Thursday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets at the Chase Center without any fans.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski noted the Warriors’ plan to play home games without a crowd for the “foreseeable future.”

The NBA board of governors is scheduled to hold a conference Wednesday to determine alternative options as the virus becomes more widespread.

It’s being reported by CNN, that two TSA Agents in San Francisco has reportedly tested positive for COVID19, with 100 other cases being monitored in the Bay Area.
