Duranice Pace of the “Anointed Pace Sisters” has passed away, according to 11 Alive News. Duranice had a voice that would light up any room.
She was the oldest of Atlanta’s acclaimed sibling gospel group. The gospel singer brought many to tears when she appeared on The Steve Harvey Show a few years ago. During the interview, she shared her trials and tribulations. Duranice shared how she survived thyroid cancer and her excitement about meeting the comedian.
“I didn’t know if I was going to be alive, but God done kept me alive to see you, sir. And I’m just glad to be here. I can go to heaven now.”
Bettie Ann Pace, the mother of the Pace sisters, passed away July 2020 at the age of 82.
The cause of death has not been revealed.
