The stars showed up and showed out for the grand opening of Brooklyn Chop House in Times Square.
The Black Tie Celebration presented by Hennessy took place on Monday to commemorate the restaurant’s second location opening. To celebrate the occasion, the steakhouse rolled out the black carpet for some of hip-hop’s biggest names. Fat Joe, D Nice. Joe Budden, Remy Ma, and more were all in attendance for the invite-only dinner party.
The Brooklyn Chop House is a dining experience brought to you by owners Robert “Don Pooh” Cummins, Dave Thomas, and Director of Operations Stratis Morfogen. Their original location at 150 Nassau Street has become a New York staple. While the eatery has become well known in the city, Don Pooh says they are ready to present other cities with the magic of Brooklyn Chop House.
“Our Times Square flagship will be a must-visit location for New Yorkers and tourists from all around the globe to experience! Coming to a major city near you in ’23,” “Don Pooh” shared.
Thomas shared that opening their location in Times Squares feels “surreal at times.”
“Brooklyn Chop House buried its roots on Nassau street but to have a space in Times Square is a major accomplishment,” he stated.
Brooklyn Chop House is famous for its Asian cuisine blended with the steakhouse classics. It boasts the title of the first restaurant to reimagine the deli sandwiches into dumplings.
