Gucci Mane’s baby mama claims he isn’t turning over all financial documents in their child support battle.
The Blast reports Sheena Evans is accusing Gucci Mane of refusing to release all financial documents in their ongoing child support battle, which would include information about his income, property, and assets.
Evans points out that without all of Gucci’s financial information they cannot accurately determine what the child support check amount should be, which is why she is now demanding a judge order Gucci to turn over all of the details. In addition to child support, Evans also wants the rapper to cover her $15,000 legal fees. Evans wants her child support checks bumped up from $2,076 a month to $20,000, The Blast reports. Evans argues that since Gucci’s release from prison, the rapper has seen a raise in income, noting his $1 million wedding.
However, Gucci says that’s a lie, claiming he did not pay $1 million to wife #KeyshiaKaOir. The 39-year-old has since filed court documents demanding the court throw out Evans’ request and the entire lawsuit. Gucci says he has not had a substantial change in income since their initial agreement in 2011.
The rapper and Evans reached a child support agreement back in 2011 that granted Evans $2,026 a month in child support based on his monthly income of $24,000, at that time.
