Gunna has some interesting takes about his rumored romance with Chloe Bailey and his beef with Freddie Gibbs.
The rapper, who has been quiet about his relationship with Bailey, said that the two are just “really close friends.” During his recent interview with The Breakfast Club, he revealed that while he did shoot his shot and the two have gone out, he is not ready to be in a committed relationship just yet.
The “Drip or Drown” star also addressed the animosity with Gibbs. The 28-year-old said he is not completely sure when and how their issue kicked off. However, he does know that it had something to do with Gibbs calling him out for speaking with a local news station about a family member serving jail time. The re-surfaced clip is of a young Gunna before he found fame, which Gibbs has often referred to as a Crime Stoppers video. Gunna has maintained that the footage had nothing to do with him snitching on anyone.
“I don’t know, I ain’t never sent nobody to jail. I ain’t never talk to a cop on camera,” he shared with The Breakfast Club hosts. Gunna also revealed that even after calling him a “snitch,” Gibbs had his team reach out to him for a feature.
