Halle Bailey had a rough night on social media after she slammed folks for speaking about her and her son, Halo.
The singer lashed out in a now-deleted tweet, prompting a wave of online reactions.
“I’m so sick of people thinking it’s ok to speak on my career and my child. Leave us alone. I rebuke every negative word on this app, and I hope the people who are so concerned about my life put that energy into themselves. God will continue to cover and protect my family,” she wrote.
It appears that Bailey’s frustrations stemmed from people speaking about DDG’s lifestream, which featured Halo. Many accused him of overexposing their child on his many platforms. Halo has become a meme several times, with DDG often recording their father-son hangouts. After Bailey’s brief rant, she became a trending topic, with people both defending her and questioning her and DDG’s parenting.
“Leave us alone” Well tell your baby daddy to stop live streaming y’all baby. Halle ain’t too bright….
