Actress #HeatherLocklear has been rushed to the hospital to be psychologically assessed after a family member said the actress wanted to kill herself.
On Sunday afternoon, police were called after one of the actress’s family members reported that Locklear’s health could be in jeopardy. TMZ reports the Ventura County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments were sent to Locklear’s home.

Recorded audio from police dispatch shows the caller describing Locklear as acting hysterically and claims the actress was searching for a gun to shoot herself. When authorities arrived, Locklear was immediately taken to the hospital.

New reports show that Locklear had been unstable during the day and her parents paid her a visit to check on her. A source close to the incident says Locklear became violent and started to choke and hit her mother and father, which led to her mother calling the police.
