H&M is debuting one of its boldest Spring collections to date, calling upon Mugler to execute this vision.Â
Teaming up with Mugler’s creative designer Casey Cadwallader, H&M is capturing the essence of the luxury powerhouse at a price point that its customers can appreciate.  Per a news release, the collection “will encapsulate the unique and vibrant spirit of Mugler.” While this leaves the door open for virtually anything, one cannot help but imagine the now-immortalized Mugler jumpsuits on mannequins inside H&M boutiques nationwide.Â
Will the collection go for practical or lean on the side of high-end glam seen on the likes of Cardi B and Kim Kardashian? After all, the collection is set to debut sometime in Spring, which also happens to be prom season. We must wait and see, but judging from past H&M mashups with other luxury brands, the Mugler lineup will likely fly from racks rather quickly.Â
In 2011, H&M partnered with Versace to release a capsule with standouts straight from the mind of Donatella Versace herself. Printed pants, leggings, and blouses all included hints of Versace. H&M stores across the globe reported selling out of the collection within 30 minutes as fans in various regions lined up to get their hands on the pieces. A similar response may be sparked with stunning Mugler works headed to the Swedish fast fashion company in the coming months.
For now, all theories about the garments are just speculative, as no official product images have hit the internet just yet.Â
