Houston Galleria Employee Filmed Himself & Multiple Men Having Sex With Toddlers In His Care Inside The Mall Bathroom [Video]

An employee of The Galleria in Houston, Texas, has been charged after sexually assaulting toddlers at the mall and recording it.

The shocking story unfolded when videos of the children being assaulted by several men hit the internet. This led to the arrest of Arthur Fernandez III, who worked inside a kiosk in the mall. According to court documents, Fernandez befriended the mothers of the children, who also worked in the mall. When the women didn’t have childcare, they often brought their children to work, and Fernandez babysat them at his kiosk.

The footage is extremely disturbing, as it depicts Fernandez assaulting the toddlers after taking them to the bathroom at various times. Even more sickening is that at least seven people can be heard making lewd comments and participating in the assault, though only Fernandez has been charged.

Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE), which investigates child sex offenses, came across the videos and immediately contacted the FBI. At least four videos featured two small boys being molested by multiple men in different locations. In another video, per the court documents, a toddler male was observed in what seemed to be a public restroom, lying on a changing table, while a grown man assaulted him. Fernandez is allegedly the person recording. While much of the case remains unsealed, it is known that the FBI identified one of the kids and notified the mother. She identified Fernandez through the jewelry and shoes he was wearing in the footage with her children. Another child was identified, and the FBI learned they were related to Fernandez’s ex-boyfriend. That child’s mother pointed out Fernandez also by what he was wearing.

Fernandez was taken into custody in December and remains behind bars.
