Hyundai and Kia have issued a recall of nearly 485,000 vehicles over a risk of them catching fire due to an engine problem.

The car companies are warning the customers who bought specific lines of their cars to park them outside of their homes as they could possibly catch fire even if they aren’t turned on. The issue stems from contamination in the antilock brake control module that can lead to an electrical short, NBC News reports.

The line of cars included in the recall for Kia is Kia Sportage SUVs from 2014 to 2016 K900 sedans from 2016 through 2018. Hyundais that were recalled includes some 2016 through 2018 Santa Fe SUVs, 2017 and 2018 Santa Fe Sports, 2019’s Santa Fe XL Tuscans SUVs from 2014 and 2015.

Kia and Hyundai plan to replace the fuse on the cars and replace the control modules if need be. The carmakers will start to send out letters beginning April 5 for Hyundai, and Kia will send theirs out on March 31. No injuries were reported, but 11 fires were caused by the issue, NBC News reports.
