She knows what she wants. She goes out and gets it. She sees a guy she is interested in, she goes in for the kill and makes it known. She’s just having fun, doesn’t want a serious relationship right now, and doesn’t mind having a couple of “boyfriends” at a time. Does that make her a hoe?
There is a huge double standard when it comes to this scenerio. Some of our favorite ballers live this lifestyle every day. Some of them are in serious relationships but while on the road are sleeping with everything walking. When they do it, they’re players, they’re doing what is expected and they’re just being guys. Women on the other hand are not allowed to live this lifestyle without it coming with some very harsh labels.
This label effects us most when we’re attempting to start a relationship with a guy we are really into. As a woman, if you so much as hung around with too many men at one time, it was assumed you have slept with atleast half of them. The other half probably watched. Are men smart enough to be able to decipher fact from fiction. Even if you had slept with half of the crew, are men capable of looking passed that and starting a new life with you?
Ladies, let’s face it. To avoid looking like a hoe you’ll have to avoid being seen with men. The other option is appearing EXTRA platonic in public, as if one of the guys, but then you may be mistaken as lesbian. Men are very visual creatures. They believe more of what they see and less of what you tell them. There boys on the other hand can tell them anything and they’ll believe it. Men are also unreasonable. They want to be able to sleep with a million women, but don’t want you to have done the same. Their reasoning? “Women are emotional creatures” or “Your genitalia isn’t meant for ALL that and it’s probably used and abused”. In reality men are probably more afraid of WHO you’ve slept with and how they compare, then HOW many people you’ve slept with.
So ladies, this is your chance to live your life how you see fit. You want to sleep with men, no strings attached? Just be safe. Does it make you a hoe? Maybe…but so is he 🙂
