Ice T’s grand son Elyjah Marrow was arrested this week after he accidentally shot and killed his 19 year old room mate. Morrow, who is also 19, was fiddling around with a hand gun in his Marietta, Georgia apartment when it accidentally went off, wounding his roommate Daryus Johnson.
Elyjah was charged with involuntary manslaughter, possession of firearm in the commission of a felony, reckless conduct, possession of a stolen firearm, and because he had some weed on him — possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.He is currently being held at the Cobb County Adult Attention Center on $38,720.00 bail. Sadly this is not Morrow’s first arrest.
What a terrible way to start your weekend. Guns are not toys. I have no clue why he would be handling one and not know how to at the very least make sure the safety was on. Now his childishness caused his friend his life and likely the same for him. Horrible.
