A hostess at IHOP in Manhasset, New York, is going viral on TikTok after failing to recognize Adam Sandler.
17-year-old Dayanna Rodas posted security footage from the restaurant of Sandler with his one of his daughters.
“Pleaseee come back,” Rodas wrote in the caption of the video.
A headline in the video says, “Not realizing its Adam Sandler and telling him its a 30min and him ofc leaving because hes not going to wait for IHOP.”
The teenager realized it was Sandler when another customer came in and said that they saw the actor outside.
According to E! News, a rep for Adam’s confirmed to HuffPost that it was, in fact, him.

After the video went viral, Rodas published another video explained why she did not recognize Sandler.
“Everyone’s asking me how I didn’t recognize him,” she said while laying in bed. “It’s because he had a big beard, and I’ve never seen Adam Sandler with a beard. And the mask didn’t help.”
