Indeed released a new report Tuesday which highlighted the top 10 professions growing rapidly and paying six figures in 2022.
According to the report, the top careers in America are averaging a salary of at least $75,000.
The health care industry is at the very top with four positions making it to the top of the list. With Tech jobs moving down in the ranking.
The Top 10 Jobs are as follows:
1) Registered nurse –Â Average salary: $84,074

2) Optometrist –Â Average salary: $118,389
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 121%
3) Site reliability engineer –Â Average salary: $137,324
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 175%
4) Real estate agent –Â Average salary: $82,015
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 23%
5) Pharmacist –Â Average salary: $101,589
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 83%
6) Over-the-road truck driver –Â Average salary: $102,678
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 242%
7) Software engineer –Â Average salary: $126,127
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 87%
8) Nurse practitioner –Â Average salary: $128,105
Percent of growth in number of job postings, 2019-2022: 100%
9) Product designer –Â Average salary: $113,722
